Our Story
Vapes Direct was founded in 2016 by Terry Sehmi, drawing on his own personal experience. After more than twenty years as a smoker, Terry had tried a number of alternatives before finding that vaping was the one that worked for him personally and helped him move away from cigarettes.
At the time, Terry saw people around him, including some facing serious smoking-related health concerns, looking for a way to move away from smoking but often receiving poor advice or paying inflated prices in local shops. He set out to learn everything he could about vaping and to build a business offering genuine products, fair prices and honest guidance for adult smokers and existing vapers.
That founding aim still guides the business today. From our base in Stourport-on-Severn, we help adult smokers and existing vapers access trusted vape kits, e-liquids, nic salts, coils and accessories from leading brands, while promoting responsible vaping and full compliance with UK regulations.
A Family-Owned Business
Vapes Direct is a family owned business. That means a personal level of care in how we choose products, set our prices and look after customers. We take the time to review orders and will sometimes email a customer to check if they have selected the right accessory or coil for their kit, because getting it right matters more to us than simply completing a sale.
