As of May 20th 2020, all menthol cigarettes were be banned for sale across the UK and the rest of the EU. It was part of a campaign to phase out all flavoured cigarettes which started with the ban on 10 packs of menthols in May 2017.   The ban applies to capsule and dual menthol cigarettes, but not to e-cigarettes and e-liquids.
