Customers based in Ireland or another EU country may have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

How to request a cancellation or return

The item or items you wish to cancel or return

We will confirm receipt of your request by email and review your request in line with our returns policy and applicable consumer law.
Cancellations before dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it before it leaves our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible using the details above.
Returns after delivery
If your order has already been delivered, we will review whether the item is eligible for return.
Some products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, unsealed, or where hygiene, safety, age restricted, or product integrity rules apply. This may include certain vaping products, e-liquids, pods, mouthpieces, disposable products and similar consumable items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
