What We Check Before a Product Is Sold
Our warehouse operations are led by Happy Singh, who has more than eight years of hands-on experience with vaping products. When stock arrives, Happy and the team check that the correct products and quantities have been delivered, and inspect packaging condition, product labels, any obvious damage, and batch or variant details where applicable, before items are listed, stored, picked and dispatched.
This day-to-day handling also helps the team spot stock issues, discontinued products, packaging changes or supplier problems before they ever reach a customer.
Hands-On Experience & Real Feedback
Our recommendations are grounded in practical industry experience rather than specification sheets alone. We combine hands-on product knowledge, staff experience, supplier information and genuine customer feedback when deciding which products to recommend or promote. We regularly review how products perform in real use, looking at customer demand, returns and issues, reliability, ease of use, the availability of coils and pods, and overall value.

Products We Are Currently Trying
As an example of our hands-on approach, Terry is currently trying the Aspire Loomix kit, which has impressed so far with good battery life and strong flavour delivery. We are also assessing a newer brand, Airscream, which delivers good flavour, though we felt the price point was high; we are waiting to try its more affordable Nano version before deciding whether to recommend it.
