Harpreet Singh, known as Happy, has been a key member of the Vapes Direct team for over 8 years, overseeing warehouse operations, stock management and product fulfilment. Through his day-to-day involvement with thousands of vape products from leading manufacturers, he has built extensive practical knowledge of vape kits, pods, coils, batteries, chargers, e-liquids and vaping accessories.

Working closely with suppliers, distributors and the Vapes Direct management team, Happy plays an important role in product handling, inventory control, quality checks and making sure customers receive genuine products from trusted brands. His hands-on experience across a wide range of vaping hardware gives him a strong understanding of product compatibility, performance and everyday customer requirements.
